When you request an audit, we collect the phone number you provide and the information you choose to share in the conversation. Our website and service providers may also receive basic technical information, such as your browser, device, and connection logs.
Why we use it
We use it to start, deliver, and follow up on the audit you requested, keep the service secure, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who helps provide the service
We share information only with providers needed to operate the audit, including hosting, AI, WhatsApp, and Telegram services. The channel you choose also handles information under its own privacy terms.
Where and how long
Some providers may process information outside Quebec or Canada. We keep it only as long as reasonably necessary, then delete or anonymize it unless the law requires a longer period.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion. You can also ask questions about how it is handled.
